Enjoyed the great atmosphere here, we went with a group that ordered for everyone (appetizer plate it was so good, firecracker beef was really good, and a chicken that was very soft) I liked what we got and would be interested to try the rest of the menu.

Took my husband (then fiance) there for fathers day (2016) and end up getting married there a few months later. The owner Martha and David showed such warm hospitality. Food was great, my guests were happy and the music was good. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates such warm service.
Update: Since now that I hard working I can spend my whole paycheck once or twice a year there! Went there again and it was just as good. I can't say that about many places. It was a nice day to unwind and enjoy live jazz.
Great music, food and atmosphere! I never did something like this before, but have to say it was a great experience. Unfortunately, I'm a jobless teenager so I will only be coming here once or twice a year!

In my opinion this restaurant is way overrated. First at all, the food has a lot to desire. A group of people went and we ordered a few dishes to share. The only dish worth was the duck. Besides that they really don't know how to cook. Live jazz was OK. Nothing to rave about it. My suggestion is take your money somewhere else. Almost forgot, the ladies room was dirty. Toilet paper was held by half of the regular holder because the whole thing was broke. Toilet papers on the floor.
Waitress wasn't that good. We told her it was our first time there and she didn't even bother explaining how the place works. Overall this place deserves a 2 out of 5
Tasting Menu - Kung Pao Chicken, Pad Thai, Chili Beef, and Chinese Broccoli and I have been coming to SJ as a single for many years, and have always felt welcomed by Hanna and David. Sometimes " stuff" for many reasons does not work out exactly as planned...i say, roll with t and enjoy this wonderful venue .
